So this is a very basic and simple recipe. We love simple. It makes life that much easier 🙂
Anyways you can do this with a vast amount of different herbs you like such as sage, thyme, parsley, oregano, basil, etc. the list goes on. You can also toss them with whole grain mustard before putting them in the oven, it kind of gives them a pleasant kick!
Well on with the recipe
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
Salt and Pepper
5-6 Medium Sized Potatoes
Preheat oven to 375.
Start by chopping up the potatoes into cubes the size you want them. Then separate the thyme leaves from the sprigs until you have yielded about a tablespoons worth.
Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet either greased with olive oil or sprayed with Pam’s Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Then season with thyme.
Give them a good toss to coat all the potatoes evenly.
Bake for 40-50 minutes shaking the pan occasionally to stir up the potatoes.
