Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Parmesan Cheese


Mmmm…. Broccoli….

I don’t know about you, but I never tire of broccoli!

I am always looking for new recipes for these little gems, so if you have any, please send them my way!



3 Lbs. Broccoli

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

1 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Lemon; Juiced


First stuff your face with Girl Scout Cookies….

What can I say, they set up their booth right outside of the bank!!!!!

I think that is justifiable enough!

Don’t forget the Cabernet Sauvignon…. it goes very well with the minty chocolate morsels…


Chop up the broccoli.


Arrange in a even layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil then season well with salt & pepper.


Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.


Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese…


Then bake another 10 minutes.


Drizzle with lemon juice then transfer into a serving bowl.
