This is a VERY easy marinade! All you need to do is whisk all of the ingredients together and marinated for a minimum of 30 minutes!
1/2 Cup Bourbon OR Whiskey
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Cloves Garlic; Minced
1.5-2 Lbs Steak Tips
Whisk Bourbon/Whiskey with the Brown Sugar and Mustard, and Garlic together in a casserole dish and add steak tips.
Turn to coat and refrigerate 30 minutes to 12 hours.
And from here, you can decide whether to grill, broil, sear, etc. totally your call.
I broil because it is A) too cold out for me … and… B) too dark out, I don’t know what is going to jump out of the woods and grab me!
Pffffft what, I would be crazy to man the grill after dark in my yard!
FYI they were super juicy and yummy!
