Green Bean Casserole

So this is a request I had from my roommate Cait. She has a co-worker who like me, does not like mushrooms! She wants to make something easy and preferably without mushrooms and also mentioned Green Bean Casserole. I am certainly not going to argue because I LOVE this and will never get bored with it!

This is actually Frenchies Green Bean Casserole made with Frenchies Fried Onions, but rather than using Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup, I use Cream of Celery.

So although I am positive most of you know how to make this sweet sweet wonder of a casserole, I present to you (those who have not made it yet) without further ado….

Green Bean Casserole,,,,

1- 1.5 Lbs Green Beans; trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces

1 Cup Frenchys Fried Onions

1 Cup Milk

1 Can Campbell’s Cream of Celery Soup

Salt & Pepper

Trim and cut your green beans into bite sized pieces…

Fill a pot with water and cook green beans until tender.

Next combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine well and transfer into a casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 3o minutes or untill bubbeling and starting to brown on the top.
