6-8 Potatoes; peeled and cubed
4 Cloves Garlic; roasted and smushed
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk or Cream
2 Tbsp Butter
Salt & Pepper
First roast the garlic cloves with the tops cut off in olive oil at 400 for about 15 minutes.
Once that is done they should pop right out of the skin and mush into a paste when you apply pressure with a spoon.
Next after you peel and cube the potatoes, put them into a large pot of water so that it covers it by an inch and bring to a boil.
The potatoes are done once they are tender and slide right off the fork.
Drain potatoes and start mashing them in a bowl.
Gradually add butter, garlic paste, salt, better, and milk/cream, and parmesan. Continue to mash until they are fluffy and no longer lumpy!
