1 Bunch of Asparagus
1/2 Lemon; Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic; Smashed and Minced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
White Wine (pinot georgio, chardonnay, etc.)
Salt & Pepper
Rinse and trim the ends of your asparagus.
Place asparagus into a cassaroll dish then sprinkle with garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Squeese 2 of the lemon slices over the asparagus.
Then add a splash of wine and dont forget to have some wine yourself!
Next sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt and toss.
Roast in the oven set to 400 for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness!
